How do I request group accommodation on the Kenyan Coast?
Share your travel dates, destination, guest numbers, room requirements and preferred meals through the quote form. The form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send to Coast Bookings. You can also email coastbookingkenya@gmail.com.
Can I book instantly or see a fixed group price?
No. Coast Bookings coordinates tailored quotations rather than instant online bookings. Proposed rooms, meals, availability and payment conditions need to be confirmed in your written quotation.
Can my group request a particular meal plan?
Yes. Include whether you need bed and breakfast, half board or full board, along with dietary requirements. Availability and the exact meals included must be confirmed for the proposed accommodation.
Are transport and coastal excursions included?
Not automatically. List transfers, guides, attraction visits or other activities separately in your enquiry, and check whether your written quotation includes them.
What should I check before accepting a group quotation?
Check the named property, room types and occupancy, meal plan, total inclusions and exclusions, payment schedule, and cancellation or rooming-change conditions. Do not assume that destination photographs show a quoted property.
